1. Insufficient cooling water flow in the cooler (water-cooled models only): Clean the cooler. Inspect the water system for faults, including the water temperature control valve; readjust or clean the valve if necessary.
2. Inadequate air circulation in the cooler: Check the cooler’s installation position to ensure there is no obstruction to air flow. Inspect the cooler and clean it if needed.
3. Low oil level in the oil-gas separator: Refill the oil to the recommended level and check the oil circuit system for leaks.
4. Clogged oil filter: Replace the oil filter element.
5. Clogged oil cooler: Check for the presence of varnish and rust scale. Thoroughly clean the cooler in accordance with the methods recommended by the heat exchanger manufacturer.
6. Excessively high ambient temperature: Ensure the ambient temperature does not exceed the maximum allowable operating temperature of the unit.
7. Incorrect fan rotation direction: The correct direction is for the fan to blow air into the cooler. Swap any two phases of the three-phase power supply lines.
8. Inappropriate lubricating oil: Use Baolite rotor lubricating oil. Refer to the lubrication section for details.
9. Clogged air filter: Clean or replace the air filter.
10. Damaged temperature control valve: Repair or replace it as required.
