1. 12.1 m³/min for higher-demand air supply
At 0.7 MPa, the 0.6-0.8 MPa version is listed at 12.1 m³/min, providing a defined capacity point for higher-demand production networks.

2. A higher-pressure-range version with its own output rating
The 0.6-1.0 MPa version is listed at 9.6 m³/min at 0.7 MPa. The separate rating helps buyers match capacity to the intended pressure-range configuration.

3. 55 kW permanent magnet variable-speed drive
The drive adjusts compressor speed as production demand changes, supporting an industrial network with variable loading.

4. Two-stage drive without interstage gears
The horizontal integrated transmission combines both stages, with the series design avoiding interstage gears and their associated gear noise and transmission loss.

5. Internal oil-separator arrangement
The 55 kW model uses an internal oil separator. Identifying the correct arrangement supports suitable service-access planning and separator-element replacement procedures.

6. Greater capacity within the same listed cabinet dimensions

Start with the operating pressure required by your equipment and your measured air demand. Allow for pressure losses through the treatment equipment and distribution system. Send these requirements to us for configuration review.

Can this model be supplied for my local electrical system?

Please provide the required voltage, frequency and number of phases. We will check the available configuration for your destination before quotation.

Is the TVD-75+ an oil-free compressor?

No. The TVD-75+ is a lubricated screw air compressor. Downstream air treatment should be selected according to the air-quality requirements of the application.
