The low pressure compressor use high reliablility original air end. In the exhaust pressure range of 0.2-0.5Mpa, the optional ratio of power ( energy efficiency) is maintained. To ensure that the lowest operating cost for a long time no fault operation.

The HB-30TD is the high-power flagship model in Huada's Medium-Voltage Integrated Machine Series. Its 22 kW main unit delivers a high airflow rate of 2.2 m³/min and a stable pressure of 1.6 MPa, making it ideal for high-power fiber laser cutting machines (above 3000 W) and heavy-duty cutting production lines. The M2.0-20 is built for users who want efficient, steady air from a compact 15 kW package. Its direct-drive permanent magnet system delivers a listed 2.4-2.0 m³/min across 0.7-1.0 MPa, while smart controls make everyday operation straightforward. The variable speed design follows changing air demand to reduce unnecessary running costs.

Huada twin-screw vacuum pump drives the permanent magnet motor through a high-efficiency synchronous open-loop vector inverter, which drives the twin-screw main engine to rotate. Through the air intake valve, air filter and other components, it can extract air from the vacuum system according to the customer's gas demand, and can change the exhaust speed in real time to achieve a stable vacuum degree.

The HD-37S utilizes Huada's 2.0 Series Single-Stage Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Drive technology, delivering a discharge capacity of 6.4 m³/min at a power output of 37 kW and a pressure of 0.8 MPa. The German-engineered main unit is paired with an IE5 permanent magnet motor, providing stable and energy-efficient compressed air for mass production lines operating at medium-scale air consumption levels – particularly in machining, electronics, and plastics manufacturing applications.
