The Huada SG-30 is equipped with a 22 kW single-stage permanent magnet variable-frequency compressor unit with a maximum discharge capacity of 3.3 m³/min (0.7 MPa), providing efficient, reliable, and cost-effective compressed air support for medium-sized factories, production lines, and agricultural automation applications.

1. The 22 kW large-displacement single-stage permanent magnet motor delivers a flow rate of 3.3 m³/min at 0.7 MPa, meeting medium-scale continuous gas supply requirements.

2. Designed according to China's National Level 1 Energy Efficiency Standards, this solution combines a permanent magnet motor with an inverter drive to continuously reduce electricity costs.

3. The variable frequency integrated controller features high integration, a compact size, faster response time, and high product reliability.

4. Custom-made oversized oil-gas separation filter elements featuring high separation efficiency and a long service life, ensuring clean gas supply for downstream applications.

5. The direct-coupled transmission structure eliminates intermediate stages, resulting in low transmission loss, simple maintenance, and controllable operating noise.
