The HDBS-40-150 is a 30 kW oil-free screw blower designed for industrial low-pressure air supply. Applications include wastewater aeration and pneumatic conveying. 1. Oil-Free Compression. The screw compression process operates without oil injection into the compression chamber, helping limit contamination of the supplied air by blower lubricant.
2. Capacity for Low-Pressure Processes. A 30 kW power rating, 4.0–7.0 m³/min airflow range and 80–150 kPa pressure range provide clear starting specifications for selecting a blower against process demand.
3. Internal Screw Compression. Air is compressed inside the screw airend before discharge. This internal compression mechanism supports efficient pressure generation for industrial processes that require low-pressure air.
4. Enclosed Acoustic Cabinet. The integrated cabinet contains the blower assembly and provides sound insulation, helping control operating noise while simplifying the arrangement of equipment at the installation site.
5. Forced Lubrication and Cooling. A forced-circulation lubrication and cooling system supports the mechanical assembly by maintaining lubricant circulation and removing heat during operation, helping sustain stable blower performance.
