Huada high-speed magnetic levitation centrifuge is a new type of fan that is efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, combining magnetic levitation technology, high-speed motor technology and high-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller technology.

1.Intelligent integrated design: Intelligent integrated design, modular management, active suspension, support for frequent start and stop. Simple structure, small size, ensure high efficiency, unmanned daily operation, no mechanical maintenance, only need to replace the air filter.

2.Intelligent inverter: The inverter uses advanced energy-saving technology algorithms; only a very small current is needed to start the motor, reducing electricity costs through automatic and efficient operation.

3.High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor: PM (permanent magnet synchronous) motor has an optimized design for high-speed rotation, which effectively reduces high-frequency losses to a minimum, and its efficiency can be as high as 98%; direct drive transmission, no power loss; permanent magnets are used to maintain efficient operation.

4.Intelligent operation and control: adjust the speed according to the working conditions to adjust the pressure and flow; the fan has surge prediction and anti-surge functions to save more electricity and better protect the fan; equipped with IoT industrial Internet of Things to achieve remote detection.

5.Super long service life: Compared with traditional blowers, the service life of Huada high-speed magnetic levitation centrifuge has been qualitatively improved and has a super long service life.
