HDU450 Oil-Free Double-Screw Vacuum Pump

The HDU450 employs oil-free twin-screw compression technology, achieving an ultimate vacuum of up to 300 mbar (absolute pressure) and a rated pumping rate of 2,450 m³/h; it is suitable for medium-load vacuum systems in applications requiring high gas cleanliness levels, such as food packaging, pharmaceutical freeze-drying, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, and photovoltaic laminating.

Oil-free twin-screw main unit with zero gas contamination: The dry, oil-free operation fundamentally eliminates the risks of oil vapor backflow and oil emulsification, ensures a cleaner extraction medium, and meets the high-purity vacuum requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries.

2. Extreme vacuum level of 300 mbar with rapid evacuation response: The optimized linear rotor works in conjunction with high-efficiency intake valves to rapidly establish a vacuum, thereby reducing process waiting times and improving the production line's cycle time.

3. The permanent magnet synchronous drive achieves approximately 30% energy savings compared to a water-ring vacuum pump: utilizing a 45 kW permanent magnet motor paired with variable frequency control that automatically adjusts the rotational speed based on the required vacuum level, resulting in significantly lower long-term energy consumption than traditional water-ring vacuum pumps.

4. Low vibration and low noise (78 dB); user-friendly operation: features dual-screw balanced operation with no contact friction between rotors, resulting in minimal overall machine vibration and low noise levels; it can be deployed directly in workshops or near cleanrooms.

5. AirLinkIoT Remote Operation (Optional): After connecting to the AirLinkIoT platform, you can remotely monitor vacuum level, temperature, and operating status, as well as receive fault alerts, enabling digital management of equipment throughout its entire lifecycle.
