The HUADA TVD-75+ combines a 55 kW permanent magnet drive with true two-stage compression for demanding industrial air systems. A 0.6–1.0 MPa working range, high-temperature cooling design and connected monitoring make it well suited to manufacturing, textile, energy and chemical operations.

1.Two-stage compression lowers the pressure ratio of each stage to improve compression efficiency.

2.The integrated horizontal two-stage drive provides a compact and stable power path.
3.An IE5 permanent magnet motor and variable-frequency control respond efficiently to changing air demand.
4.The cooling system is designed for reliable operation in ambient temperatures up to 45°C.
5.AirLink connectivity supports remote monitoring, fault alerts and operating oversight.
