The LGPM-30TD is a permanent magnet VSD all-in-one screw air compressor for laser cutting air supply, with a 22 kW compressor motor. Its compressor air delivery is 2.2 m³/min at 16 bar. The package integrates a screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, precision filters and air receiver. The HD-30AC dryer has a treatment capacity of 3.0 m³/min. This integrated arrangement reduces inter-component piping work and provides drying and filtration in a 1850 × 1320 × 1860 mm package.

1. 16 bar Compressor Specification. Compressor air delivery is 2.2 m³/min at 16 bar. Selection should also account for downstream pressure losses and the laser equipment manufacturer’s required flow and air quality.

2. Permanent Magnet Variable Speed Control. The 22 kW permanent magnet motor and variable-frequency drive adjust compressor speed within the operating range to follow changing air demand during the cutting workflow.

3. Four Functions in One Package. The screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, precision filters and air receiver are integrated together, reducing the need to position and connect separate compressed-air components at the site.

4. Integrated Refrigerated Air Drying. The HD-30AC refrigerated dryer provides moisture removal within the package. Its treatment capacity is 3.0 m³/min, separate from the compressor’s 2.2 m³/min air-delivery specification.

5. Precision Filters Included. Precision filters are integrated with the refrigerated dryer and receiver, providing filtration as part of the package and reducing the number of separate components to connect on site.

6. Air-Cooled Package for Site Installation. Air cooling avoids the need for a dedicated cooling-water circuit. The 1850 × 1320 × 1860 mm package and 950 kg weight provide specific requirements for equipment placement and handling.
