SC-50 37 kW Permanent Magnet VSD Screw Air Compressor

The SC-50 is a single-stage permanent magnet VSD screw air compressor with a 37 kW motor, for factory systems requiring more airflow than the SC-30. Air delivery is 6.50 m³/min at 7 bar, 6.40 m³/min at 8 bar and 5.40 m³/min at 10 bar. Variable-speed control responds to changing demand, while direct drive and intelligent protection support operation. Its 1300 × 1038 × 1320 mm cabinet and G1 1/4 outlet help buyers plan equipment space and piping.

1.Higher Output for Larger Air Loads. At 8 bar, the SC-50 delivers 6.40 m³/min compared with the SC-30's 3.40 m³/min, giving buyers a measurable capacity increase when sizing a larger factory air system.

2.Permanent Magnet Drive Responds to Demand. The 37 kW permanent magnet motor works with variable-frequency control to adjust speed and air delivery within the operating range, helping match output to changing production demand.

3.Direct Drive to the Airend. The direct drive system transfers motor power to the screw airend without transmission belts, reducing belt-related adjustment and replacement tasks during routine compressor maintenance.

4.Controller for Daily Plant Operation. Operating information and protection for electrical abnormalities, including phase loss, overload and abnormal voltage, help plant personnel monitor the compressor and respond to operating problems.

5.Air and Lubricant Filtration. An inlet air filter, oil filter and oil-air separator support particle removal, lubricant cleanliness and oil separation, helping protect the compressor and prepare air for downstream treatment.

6.Dimensions and Outlet for System Planning. The 1300 × 1038 × 1320 mm cabinet, 480 kg machine weight and G1 1/4 outlet provide practical inputs for positioning the compressor, planning handling and specifying pipeline connections.
