4 KW Oil Free Scroll Compressor

The SCR-10 is an industrial oil-free scroll air compressor with two compression modules. Its 2025 power configuration is 2 × 4 kW, with air delivery of 0.84 m³/min at 8 bar or 0.71 m³/min at 10 bar. Oil-free compression supports electronics, instrumentation and other processes sensitive to compressor oil contamination. Module staging, sequential starting and an operating-status display support daily use. The air-cooled cabinet measures 1100 × 800 × 980 mm.

The HDBS-40-150 is a 30 kW oil-free screw blower designed for industrial low-pressure air supply. Applications include wastewater aeration and pneumatic conveying. Its airflow range is 4.0–7.0 m³/min, with a pressure range of 80–150 kPa. Internal screw compression, an enclosed cabinet and forced-circulation lubrication and cooling are combined in one package. The operating point should be selected against the process airflow and backpressure requirements, with DN150 inlet and outlet flanges provided for pipeline connection.

The LGGPM-425 is a 315 kW ultra-high-power air-cooled unit that delivers 65 m³/min of compressed air at 0.7 MPa pressure.
