SCR-10 8 kW Industrial Oil-Free Scroll Air Compressor

The SCR-10 is an industrial oil-free scroll air compressor with two compression modules. Its 2025 power configuration is 2 × 4 kW, with air delivery of 0.84 m³/min at 8 bar or 0.71 m³/min at 10 bar. Oil-free compression supports electronics, instrumentation and other processes sensitive to compressor oil contamination. Module staging, sequential starting and an operating-status display support daily use. The air-cooled cabinet measures 1100 × 800 × 980 mm.

1. Oil-Free Compression Chambers. The scroll compression mechanism operates without oil injection into the compression chambers, helping prevent compressor lubricant from entering the air supply for oil-sensitive industrial processes.

2. Two Modules for Staged Operation. Two 4 kW compression modules share one cabinet. Staged control adjusts the number of operating modules to air demand, while sequential starting staggers their start-up. This helps avoid unnecessary operation.

3. Specified Output at 8 and 10 bar. Air delivery is 0.84 m³/min at 8 bar and 0.71 m³/min at 10 bar, giving buyers pressure-specific figures for checking equipment air requirements.

4. Package Noise Measurement. The noise level is 62 ± 2 dB(A), measured 1.5 m in front of the unit. This provides a defined measurement reference for planning the compressor location.

5. Operating Display and Fault Warnings. The control display shows operating status and fault warnings, helping operators check the unit and respond to abnormal conditions as part of routine equipment management.

6. Compact Air-Cooled Installation. The 1100 × 800 × 980 mm cabinet, 350 kg net weight and Rc 3/4 outlet provide defined installation data. Air cooling avoids the need for a separate cooling-water circuit.
