LGGPM-300 Air-cooled permanent-magnet two-stage variable-frequency screw air compressor 

As one of the flagship models in the new A series, the LGGPM-300 delivers a maximum exhaust volume of 48.6 m³/min with a driving power of 220 kW. Its innovative dual-stage compressor features a rotor design combining a large rotor with low-speed operation, achieving lower compression ratios and reduced bearing loads while delivering high energy efficiency and extended service life.

1. The new-generation secondary compression compressor rotor features coaxial arrangement of the first and second rotors, achieving an internal gear transmission efficiency of over 95%.

2. The large rotor and low-speed design reduce the load on both the bearing and the rotor, resulting in a designed service life of over 150,000 hours.

3. A 220 kW IE5-class high-efficiency permanent magnet motor with a demagnetization temperature exceeding 180°C, achieving an efficiency that is over 20% higher than that of conventional motors under low-speed operation.

4. The integrated intake control valve precisely regulates air intake volume, automatically optimizing performance during light-load startup, load operation, and reduced-load operation.

5. The AirLink IoT customer and inventory management features support creating customer profiles, tracking equipment outbound shipments, and monitoring subordinate inventories.
