The HB-20TD is the flagship model in Huada's medium-pressure integrated system series, featuring a 15 kW permanent magnet frequency converter with a discharge capacity of 1.5 m³/min and stable pressure of 1.6 MPa, specifically designed for 1500–3000 W fiber laser cutting machines. Its integrated solution simplifies traditional multi-unit series configurations into a single unit, offering compact size, short piping requirements, and low pressure loss.

1. The 15 kW permanent magnet variable-frequency unit delivers a high air volume of 1.5 m³/min and stable pressure of 1.6 MPa, precisely meeting the continuous gas supply requirements of 2000–3000 W fiber laser cutting machines.

2. The integrated solution combines the screw compressor, gas storage tank, refrigerated dryer, and filter into a single unit, reducing the footprint by over 60% compared to traditional split systems.

3. The built-in freeze-dryer is paired with a precision filter, ensuring compressed air contains no more than 0.01 ppm oil and meets all cleanliness requirements for laser cutting processes.

4. The intelligent control system continuously monitors operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, and current, automatically optimizing loading/unloading strategies for more energy-efficient operation and hassle-free management.

5. Airlink IoT provides dual safeguards for fault detection and remote power control: proactive SMS/APP alerts for anomalies, and instant one-click shutdown in emergencies to ensure laser cutting equipment safety.
