The HD-75S is the flagship single-stage permanent-magnet variable-frequency screw compressor from the Huada INNOVATE 2.0 series, delivering a power output of 75 kW, a flow rate of 14 m³/min, and a pressure rating of 0.8 MPa. Equipped with an IE5 permanent-magnet motor, a German-engineered large-rotor main unit, and comprehensive IoT-based management capabilities, it provides efficient power supply for large-scale gas-utilization applications such as heavy-duty continuous production, wastewater treatment, and ship desulfurization.

1. 75 kW flagship power output and 14 m³/min high flow rate: The combination of a high-capacity main unit and robust motor power reserve ensures continuous, high gas demand in large-scale factories, municipal projects, and heavy-duty operating conditions, enabling seamless handling of peak gas consumption demands.

2. German-engineered large rotor main unit – low rotational speed, extended service life: Features a German-designed large-diameter rotor that operates at lower speeds, ensures smoother meshing, minimizes mechanical wear, and significantly extends continuous operating life.

IE5 Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Drive + Intelligent Constant Pressure Control – High Overall Energy Efficiency: The permanent magnet synchronous motor achieves an efficiency of 97%; when combined with a full variable frequency drive and constant pressure control system, it provides on-demand gas supply to eliminate idle energy consumption, resulting in significant long-term cost savings on electricity bills.

4. High-efficiency filtration and oil-gas separation – with an extended maintenance interval of 4,000 h: long-life filter elements, 99.99% filtration efficiency, 96% oil-gas separation rate, and oil content <2 ppm – reducing both oil change frequency and consumable costs.

AirLink IoT Full Lifecycle Management (Optional): Integrate with the AirLink IoT platform to support remote monitoring, customer and inventory management, fault early warning, remote power-on/off operations, and employee permission management – enabling digital operation and maintenance throughout the entire device lifecycle.
