The HD-22S is an entry-level single-stage permanent magnet variable-frequency screw compressor from the INNOVATE 2.0 series, delivering a power output of 22 kW and a flow rate of 3.7 m³/min, with a stable air supply at 0.8 MPa. Equipped with an IE5 ultra-efficient permanent magnet motor and a German-engineered main unit, it operates at a noise level as low as 72 ± 3 dB, making it ideal for small-to-medium-scale applications such as manufacturing, food packaging, and textile industries.

1. The IE5 ultra-high-efficiency permanent magnet motor – more energy-efficient and hassle-free: The self-developed IE5 permanent magnet motor achieves an efficiency of up to 97%, saving approximately 5% compared to conventional asynchronous motors; even at a low power rating of 22 kW, it delivers low energy consumption and rapid response.

2. German-engineered single-stage main unit with large rotor at low speed: This design features a German-developed large-rotor main unit that operates at lower speeds, resulting in reduced wear, improved volumetric efficiency, and extended service life for both the main unit and its bearings.

3. Microcomputer touch control – all parameters at a glance: a color touchscreen human-machine interface that displays pressure, temperature, and operating time in real time; intuitive operation and rapid fault code identification.

4. High-efficiency oil-gas separation (oil content ≤ 2 ppm): Multi-stage oil-gas separation combined with a filter element featuring 99.99% filtration efficiency ensures that the outlet air contains less than 2 ppm of oil, meeting the general industrial clean-air supply requirements.

5. AirLinkIoT Remote Monitoring (Optional): Optional integration with the AirLinkIoT platform enables remote monitoring of device status and receipt of fault alerts, reduces the frequency of on-site inspections, and enhances equipment management efficiency.
