HDU45A Oil-Free Double-Screw Vacuum Pump

The HDU45A is an enhanced oil-free twin-screw vacuum pump from the HDU series Type A; at the same 45 kW power rating, its maximum pumping rate is increased to 2,700 m³/h, with a maximum vacuum level of 300 mbar. It is specifically designed for applications requiring high pumping rates, such as photovoltaic laminating, CNC vacuum bonding, chemical distillation, and electronic component packaging.

Type A enhanced design with a higher pumping rate of 2,700 m³/h: at the same power input, this model offers an even higher pumping rate compared to conventional models, enabling faster vacuum establishment and supporting the vacuum requirements of more workstations or larger volume chambers simultaneously.

2. Dry, oil-free operation with oil-free maintenance: The oil-free twin-screw technology completely eliminates issues related to lubricant emulsification, degradation, and replacement, thereby reducing consumable costs and avoiding process contamination risks.

3. High-efficiency permanent magnet variable-frequency drive with controllable energy consumption: The variable-frequency drive dynamically adjusts the main unit's rotational speed in real time based on the load, combined with a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, to achieve stable operation with low energy consumption across a wide range of operating conditions.

4. The dedicated air intake filter and pneumatic vacuum valve ensure stable and reliable air supply: equipped with a bag-type vacuum air intake valve featuring an air tightness rating of 1000 mbar and a dedicated air filter, these components reduce backpressure fluctuations and guarantee continuous and stable process vacuum operation.

5. AirLinkIoT Smart IoT (Optional): The AirLinkIoT platform is optionally available, supporting remote monitoring, fault early warning, device power-on/off control, and employee permission management, thereby enhancing the cluster management efficiency for multiple vacuum pumps.
