The HDW1100-24D is a compact oil-free silent piston air compressor featuring a 1.1 kW all-copper motor, a 24L air storage tank, and an exhaust capacity of 150 L/min; it operates at a noise level of ≤55 dB, delivers clean, oil-free output airflow, and is particularly well-suited for applications such as dental clinics, small laboratories, electronic repair shops, and home DIY projects where high requirements are placed on air cleanliness and quiet operation.

The oil-free and water-free design ensures a clean and safe compressed air output: by utilizing oil-free lubricated piston rings and specially coated cylinder liners, the compressed air contains no oil or moisture, making it suitable for direct use in cleanroom environments such as dental treatment, food contact applications, and component purging for electronic components.
