Huada 2.0 Series HD-90T 90kW Two-Stage PM VFD Screw Compressor

The Huada 2.0 Series HD-55T 55 kW unit supplies up to 12.5 m3/min at 0.8 MPa, an ideal balance of capacity and footprint for growing workshops and light industrial lines.

The Huada 2.0 Series HD-132T provides 28.0 m3/min at 0.8 MPa, a heavy-duty 132 kW two-stage PM VFD compressor for large-scale and multi-machine centralized air stations.

The flagship Huada 2.0 Series HD-160T outputs 33.6 m3/min at 0.8 MPa, a 160 kW two-stage PM VFD compressor with ultra-long-life rotors for the heaviest industrial duty.

The two-stage compression energy-saving oil-injected screw compressor has a unique host design. It not only has all the advantages of a single-stage oil-injected screw air compressor, but also has a more reliable and energy-saving operation due to the low compression ratio of each stage, small force on the rotor and bearings, large rotor diameter and low speed.

The Huada HD0302(A) is a 2.2 kW (3 HP) dual-cylinder direct-connect air-cooled piston air compressor featuring a parallel twin-cylinder design where two 42 mm cylinders work in tandem to deliver a generous 0.20 m³/min displacement. Paired with a 30 L air receiver and 0.8 MPa (116 psi) working pressure, it can pressurize the tank from zero to rated pressure in approximately 90 seconds. The direct-coupled drive eliminates belt-slip losses, delivering superior mechanical efficiency over traditional belt-driven units. It is widely used in auto detailing and quick-repair shops for tire inflation, small bodywork pneumatic tool operation, finish carpentry nailer supply, wall spray painting, and other multi-tool simultaneous-operation scenarios.

 The HS4808 features a dual-cylinder 90 mm × 2 cast iron pump head paired with a 4 kW all-copper motor, offering an exhaust capacity of 0.48 m³/min and a large 120 L air reservoir, providing stable and cost-effective compressed air for small to medium-sized auto repair shops, metalworking facilities, and assembly lines.

Huada twin-screw vacuum pump drives the permanent magnet motor through a high-efficiency synchronous open-loop vector inverter, which drives the twin-screw main engine to rotate. Through the air intake valve, air filter and other components, it can extract air from the vacuum system according to the customer's gas demand, and can change the exhaust speed in real time to achieve a stable vacuum degree.
