Huada twin-screw vacuum pump drives the permanent magnet motor through a high-efficiency synchronous open-loop vector inverter, which drives the twin-screw main engine to rotate. Through the air intake valve, air filter and other components, it can extract air from the vacuum system according to the customer's gas demand, and can change the exhaust speed in real time to achieve a stable vacuum degree.

The HB-30 delivers 2.2 m³/min, 1.6 MPa medium-pressure compressed air via a 22 kW permanent-magnet variable-frequency power output, designed for use with 2000–3000 W fiber laser cutting machines. The Huada LGPM-75 is a 55kW permanent magnet VSD screw compressor whose PM synchronous motor exceeds 96% efficiency, delivering 10.5 m³/min for scaled production.

The SED-125 90 kW two-stage PM VSD screw air compressor delivers 20.8 m³/min at 0.7 MPa, combining high-efficiency dual-stage compression with intelligent control for medium production lines.

The TVD+ series 37 kW two-stage variable-frequency screw chiller is specifically designed for medium-to-large production lines, delivering overall efficiency 15–20% higher than China's National Grade 1 energy efficiency standard. It maintains stable output and ultra-low energy consumption under heavy loads, making it an ideal solution for continuous production operations.

The Huada SG-20 is powered by a 15 kW single-stage permanent magnet variable-frequency drive, featuring a maximum discharge capacity of 2.4 m³/min (at 0.7 MPa), offering both stable output and a compact design; it is ideal for continuous gas application scenarios in small-to-medium manufacturing, architectural decoration, and automotive repair and bodywork.
