SE-50 Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor

The SE-50 is equipped with a 37 kW permanent magnet variable-frequency drive system, delivering a stable output of 5.0 m³/min at 0.8 MPa; it balances energy efficiency with reliability, making it suitable for medium-duty gas application scenarios such as mechanical manufacturing, textile processing, and food processing.

1. 37 kW permanent magnet inverter system with on-demand gas supply: the vector-controlled inverter tracks gas demand fluctuations in real time, automatically adapts to dual-pressure operating conditions (0.8/1.0 MPa), features low unloading losses, and ensures a more stable production cycle.

2. High-efficiency motor + integrated direct coupling: The IE4 permanent magnet IP23 motor features an integrated design with the high-efficiency motor, resulting in minimal transmission loss, high transmission efficiency, and a longer motor lifespan.

3. Bottom dual air inlets + fluid duct system: The bottom dual air inlets and the top fan work together to form a smooth airflow path, enhancing heat dissipation efficiency; even in high-temperature environments of 45°C, the unit can still maintain stable exhaust performance (≤ ambient temperature + 15°C).

4. The new combined valve system features oil-controlled functionality: it provides three-stage oil-gas treatment—centrifugal, gravity, and filtration—ensuring that exhaust residual oil levels remain below 3 ppm; the minimum pressure valve precisely regulates the internal pressure within the unit to guarantee proper lubrication circulation.

5. High-performance text-based control with intuitive settings: equipped with a concise text-based interface that provides clear visibility of operating parameters and fault codes, enabling convenient and rapid parameter adjustments.
