The HD-55S is a mid-to-high-end single-stage permanent-magnet variable-frequency screw compressor from the Huada 2.0 series, delivering a power output of 55 kW, a flow rate of 10.5 m³/min, and a pressure rating of 0.8 MPa. Equipped with an IE5 permanent-magnet motor, a German-engineered main unit, and an intelligent IoT management system, this compressor is ideal for continuous gas supply applications in medium-to-large-scale factories, textile plants, material handling systems, and other similar scenarios.

1. 55 kW high-power reserve; 10.5 m³/min continuous output: The large-displacement design effortlessly handles peak gas demand on production lines; the G2″ large-diameter exhaust port reduces pipeline pressure drop; and stable gas supply is maintained even when multiple devices operate in parallel.

2. IE5 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor – Efficiency reaches 97%: This self-developed ultra-high-efficiency permanent magnet motor features a high power factor and low heat generation, significantly reducing both operating electricity costs and cooling load compared to traditional motors.

3. Intelligent variable frequency drive + constant pressure control – ensures smoother gas supply: The microcomputer controller continuously monitors pipeline pressure and automatically adjusts the exhaust flow rate, minimizing pressure fluctuations and safeguarding downstream pneumatic equipment while maintaining process stability.

4. High-efficiency oil-gas separation system for oil content <2 ppm: combines multi-stage cyclone separation with a precision filter cartridge assembly, achieving an outlet oil content below 2 ppm and extending the service life of downstream filters and gas-using equipment.

5. AirLinkIoT Fault Alerting and Remote Power-On/Off Function (Optional): After integrating AirLinkIoT, you can remotely monitor operational data, receive fault alerts, and control equipment startup or shutdown – thereby enhancing the response speed for equipment management in large and medium-sized industrial facilities.
