55kw double stage compression structure, more energy saving. Compression and high efficiency screw machine is a low pressure ratio, a greater drgree of lower volume leakage to improve energy efficiency. Lower than ordinary screw speed, and the use of of multiple damping springs, so that the unit has a higher stability.

1.Eliminate inefficient conversion process from full load to unload, avoid unload power consumption.

2.Microcomputer synchronous control system, arrording to the exhaust temperature, control the fan speed, the suppression of current waste.

3.Cooling fan frequency conversion control, energy saving about 5%. Provide free chice of pressure from 4bar to 13bar, which can minimize reduce energy consumption.

4.The motor and the permanent magnet direct host adopts a split structure rise, high efficiency.

5.The totor type line using the latest design patent, after more than twenty working procedure of finish machining to ensure the precison of the motor type line, reliability and validity.
